We take pride in delivering our products in perfect condition. Please review the following steps in case of damage:

1. Inspect Upon Delivery
All shipments must be carefully inspected immediately upon receipt. Please check both the packaging and product condition before signing any delivery documents.

2. Visible Damage on Delivery
If visible damage is present:

  • Do not accept the damaged items without noting the issue on the delivery receipt.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged area and packaging.
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].

 

3. Concealed Damage
If you discover damage after delivery:

  • Report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the item.
  • Include photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.

 

4. Replacement & Resolution
We will assess the damage and may offer:

  • Replacement of damaged items.
  • Store credit or refund (at our discretion).
  • We reserve the right to request the return of damaged goods before issuing replacements or refunds.
